Louis Brunel and Dr Delwyn Fredlund have been appointed to the governing council of the National Research Council. Brunel is a veteran of the telecommunications and cable industries and is current president and CEO of the International Institute of Telecommunications in Montreal. He holds a BSc in mathematics and physics from the Univ of Montreal and an MBA from École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales. Fredlund is a long-time researcher at the Univ of Saskatchewan (U of S) specializing in unsaturated oil mechanics. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the U of S and an MSc and PhD from the Univ of Alberta....
