Graham Taylor

Graham Taylor has been appointed by Precarn Inc as VP external relations. Taylor was brought back into the organization after leaving in the wake of Precarn’s failure to win new funding in the last federal Budget to implement a broader mandate (R$, March 9/05). He will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and planning initiatives with external partners. He will also be involved in efforts to obtain additional federal funding. Prior to joining Precarn, Taylor was director of corporate marketing, intellectual property management and communications for the Communications Research Centre from 1996 to 2000. From 1992 to 1996, he was president and CEO of the Association of Provincial Research Organizations. He holds an MBA from the Univ of Ottawa and a BSc in chemical engineering from Queen’s Univ….
