Open Text Corp has announced the acquisition of Global 360 Holding Corp, Dallas TX, for $260 million. The purchase reflects Open Text's move into the business process management (BPM) market from its base as a provider of enterprise content management (ECM) software. Earlier this year, Open Text acquired Metastorm, Baltimore MD, a provider of BPM, business process analysis (BPA), and enterprise architecture (EA) software for business transformation.
