Denise Amyot

Denise Amyot has been appointed director of the Canada Science and Technology Museum Corp (CSTMC) for a five-year term. Amyot is a career bureaucrat most recently with the Canada Public Service Agency where she was senior VP of the leadership and talent management sector. She does not have any stated S&T experience in her professional background. Amyot received a BSc and bachelor and master's of education from the Univ of Ottawa and a BA from the Univ of Quebec. The CSTMC is a national museum located for more than 40 years in a former bread factory in the east end of Ottawa.
