André Caillé has been appointed senior strategic advisor to Sofame Technologies Inc, a developer and manufacturing of technologies for industrial process water heating, heating of institutional and multiple-unit rental buildings. Caillé is the former president of Hydro-Québec and Gaz Metropolitan. Rather than receive a salary for his work, he will receive 1.7 million shares. The agreement is for three years and renewable by mutual consent. Caillé was previously a professor and coordinator at Quebec's Institut national de la recherche scientifique until 1974. He holds a BSc in specialized chemistry, an MSc in physical chemistry and a PhD in physical chemistry from the Univ of Montreal....
