Sandra Pupatello

Sandra Pupatello has been appointed CEO of WindsorEssex County Economic Development Corp. The former minister of Ontario's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade is charged with leading the county's economic strategy to strengthen and diversify its economic base. WindsorEssex is ranked Canada's fastest growing economy and one of the world's top seven most intelligent communities but also has the fourth highest unemployment rate in the country. Pupatello left the Ontario government in 2011 to take a position at PricewaterhouseCoopers as director of business development and global markets . She will retain that job as she take on her WindsorEssex duties, effective June 1st....
