DRDC announces $15-million security S&T competition

Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) has released another $15 million for new projects under its Canadian Safety and Security Program. Proposals will be accepted until July 18th with selected projects announced February 2014. The projects will are funded through DRDC's Centre for Security Science and follow last year's competition which provided $20 million for 26 industrial, academic and government projects aimed at enhancing safety and security. Public Works and Government Services Canada will administer the proposals….
