TRIUMF has signed an MOU with India's Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre to share resources and technical expertise in superconducting radio-frequency accelerator technology. There will also be an exchange of scientists to share knowledge and experience in building accelerators. TRIUMF and the Indian Centre will invest an initial $2.5 million.
