Rob James has launched Stoneleigh Strategies Inc, a consultancy focused on innovation and management providing services such as policy/funding proposals, business case development, government relations and international partnership development. James is a veteran senior bureaucrat and manager, most recently with Industry Canada and Ottawa-based Global Advantage Consulting. From 2001 to 2011, he worked with the National Research Council (NRC) in a variety of director and director-general positions, including DG strategy and development. Jacques Besnaiou is the former president and CEO of AREVA Group North America, a global leader in the nuclear power industry. Dr Frederick Buckman is the president and CEO of Powerlink Transmission and a three-decade veteran of the energy and utility sector.
