Michael Kirby

Michael Kirby has been appointed board chair of ImmunoVaccine Technologies Inc (IVT), a private Halifax-based, clinical-stage vaccine development company. Kirby was recently appointed chair of the Mental Health Commission of Canada and is a former senator, senior federal bureaucrat and professor. He also sits on the boards of the Bank of Nova Scotia, Ontario Energy Savings Income Trust, MDC Partners and Indigo Books and Music.
