ECOPIA TO COLLABORATE WITH CALIFORNIA-BASED FIRM

Ecopia BioSciences Inc has entered into a short-term, collaborative research and licensing agreement with Kosan BioScience, Hayward CA. The agreement will see St-Laurent PQ-based Ecopia provide its proprietary genomics platform to Kosan for the discovery of genes responsible for directing the synthesis of a small molecule. Terms were not disclosed.
