Dr Raymond Rajotte has been appointed to the governing council of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research for a three-year term. Rajotte holds several positions at the Univ of Alberta, including scientific director of the Alberta Diabetes Institute, professor of surgery and medicine and director and founder of the Islet Transplantation Group.
