Dr Robert Page

Dr Robert Page has been appointed to the newly created position of TransAlta Professor of Environmental Management and Sustainability at the Univ of Calgary. Page, who recently stepped down as TransAlta's VP sustainable development, will assume the professorship in the U of C's Institute of Sustainable Energy, Environment and Economy's energy and environmental systems group. He will also work with the Haskayne School of Business and the university's faculty of environmental design, of which Page was formerly dean. Page is internationally known for his work in climate change, emissions trading, environmental impact assessment and policy and regulation.
