Dr Jack Mintz has been appointed VP of the governing council for the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council. Mintz is the former CEO of the CD Howe Institute and former Clifford Clark Visiting Economist at the Department of Finance. Most recently, he was the director of the School of Public Policy at the Univ of Calgary….
