Dr David Wolfe

Dr David Wolfe has been appointed scholar-in-residence at the Conference Board of Canada for one year. Wolfe — co-director of the Program on Globalization and Regional Innovation Systems at the Univ of Toronto's Centre for International Studies — will continue his research on the economic and social dynamics of innovation and mechanisms of political governance for cities in a knowledge-based economy.
