Dr Carlos Brailovsky has been selected to receive the Medical Council of Canada's Outstanding Achievement Award in the Evaluation of Clinical Competence. Brailovsky is a professor of family medicine at Laval Univ's medical school and director of the Centre for Measurement and Evaluation of Health Services. He received his doctorate of medicine from the Univ of Buenos Aires in 1961 and worked for six years at the Cancer Research Centre in Paris.
