Danièle Ayotte

Danièle Ayotte has replaced Robert Lee, who retired this year, to become the new director the S&T Division at the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT). Ayotte joined the Trade Commission Service of DFAIT in 1987 and spent the past five years establishing and expanding the department’s trade policy liaison division. Her trade experience includes postings throughout South and Central America, as well as participation in the NAFTA negotiations.
