CRC program funds 135 new and renewed research chairs

The Canada Research Chairs (CRC) program has awarded $108.9 million for 135 new and renewed chairs at 41 institutions. The awards include 26 researchers recruited from abroad, 11 of whom are returning Canadians. The awards were augmented with $6.4 million from the Canada Foundation for Innovation's Infrastructure Operating Fund....
