The Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC) and Brazil's National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop projects or activities that support capacity building for Brazilian students in ACCC-member institutions. The two organizations will also work to facilitate researcher exchanges to promote or consult on applied R&D.
