Tim Murphy

Tim Murphy has been appoint ted executive director of Alberta's Strategy for Patient Oriented Research (SPOR) SUPPORT Unit (R$, November 26/13). Murphy comes to the role from British Columbia where he was the Senior VP of the Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research. Prior to that, he served as the regional operations leader of BC Cancer Agency/Vancouver Cancer Centre. Murphy is working from the Alberta Innovates – Health Solutions office in Edmonton as he builds the virtual Support for People and Patient-Oriented Research and Trials (SUPPORT) Unit operations….
