National Research Council president Dr Arthur Carty and CGI chairman & CEO Serge Godin will be the co-chairs of the World Computer Congress in Montreal this summer. Sponsored by UNESCO, the August 25-30 event is held every two years and aims to strengthen relationships between researchers and industry in the field of information technology (IT). The Congress attracts researchers, professionals, IT experts, policy makers, manufacturers and educators.
