Rennes France-based Ubisoft Entertainment SA has committed $373 million to its operations in Montreal and will boost employment by 500 to 3,500 as part of a new agreement with the Quebec government. The province is providing a $9.9-million non-renewable grant and making industry-wide changes to its multimedia tax credit to recognize new types of activities.
