Tim Gibson

Tim Gibson has been appointed chief technology officer (CTO) for Galaxy Online Inc, a Toronto-based broadband wireless provider utilizing proprietary wireless Internet connectiv-ity products and live streaming video technologies. Gibson has 16 years of experience programming optimized machines, operating systems and applications-level code on diverse technology platforms, and brings expertise in hardware development and wireless routing compression. He was the co-founder of Moby Dark Inc, where he developed router and streaming video technologies. Moby Dark was acquired by Galaxy earlier this year and Gibson will continue to serve as the subsidiary's CTO.
