Sylvain Cofsky has joined the Consortium for Research and Innovation in Aerospace in Quebec (CRIAQ) as a director of special projects and will become the network manager of the Green Aviation Research and Development Network (GARDN), a Business-Led Network of Centres of Excellence. Cofsky comes to CRIAQ and GARDN from the Canadian Space Agency where he spent the past year as an innovation and research advisor for the life and physical sciences. Prior to that he was DG of NanoQuebec - an organization he was involved with for five years. While at NanoQuebec, Cofsky was a key player in negotiating an MOU between NanoQuebec and CRIAQ. He holds an undergraduate degree from École Hautes Études Commerciales of Montreal and an MSc from the Univ of Montreal.
