Samy Watson

Samy Watson, DM Environment Canada, has been moved to the Privy Council Office (PCO) as a special advisor "pending his next assignment". He will be replaced by Michael Horgan, currently DM, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (DIAND). Watson held two positions at PCO between 1995 and 1997 before becoming DM at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. He moved to Environment Canada in 2004. Horgan was senior associate DM Finance prior to DIAND. He also held two senior positions at the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency between 1998 and 2001....
