Robert Trasker

Robert Trasker has been appointed president and CEO of TRLabs, replacing Jeff Rohne who will remain as VP industry services until a permanent replacement is found. Trasker will be based in Calgary and comes to TRLabs from TELUS where he served in several VP positions over the past decade. He will lead TRLabs towards a more industry-driven model, reflecting the recent trend towards more defined R&D in the ICT sector. In addition to TELUS, Trasker has worked in senior positions at Nortel, Bell Canada and Stentor Resource Centre.
