The sixth annual RE$EARCH MONEY Conference examines the effectiveness of

government policies and programs to encourage R&D and innovation in Canada.

What mechanisms are other countries using to grow their knowledge-based sectors?

Kirk Mandy, President and CEO of Zarlink Semiconductor, will deliver the keynote address.
