Larry Boisvert has abruptly resigned as president of the Canadian Space Agency, less than nine months into a five-year term (see page 5). Boisvert is being replaced on an interim basis by Guy Bujold, assistant DM special projects at Industry Canada who was about to retire. Boisvert — who spent 34 years with Telesat Canada including a long stint as president — was the first permanent president at the CSA since Marc Garneau, who left in late 2005 to pursue federal politics….
