Ian Thomas has been appointed general manager of the new Ontario Science and Innovation Council Secretariat. Thomas held a similar position with the BC Premier's Advisory Council on Science and Technology and was involved in the establishment of the Ontario council last year. During his tenure in BC, he was instrumental in the development of that province's high technology strategy....
