The fourth annual Lobster Science Workshop was held in Moncton earlier this month to examine the future of the billion dollar industry. The workshop was attended by representatives from the Coastal Zones Research Institute, Shippagan NB, and the Atlantic Veterinary College's Lobster Science Centre in PEI. The Shippagan Institute is heavily involved in lobster enhancement research including seeding processes and new technology applications....
