Dr Mamdouh Shoukri has been appointed to a second five-year term as president and vice-chancellor of York Univ, with his new term beginning July 1/12. Prior to joining York, Shoukri enjoyed a long career at McMaster Univ where he served as chair of the department of mechanical engineering, dean of the faculty of engineering and VP research and international affairs....
