Dr Louise Poissant has been appointed scientific director of Fonds de recherche du Québec – Société et culture (FRQSC). Poissant comes to the organization from the Univ of Quebec at Montreal where she was dean, faculty of arts and director of several research programs. She replaces Normand Labrie who was its inaugural executive director....
