Dr Greg Kealey has been re-appointed VP research at the Univ of Brunswick for a second five-year term, beginning July 1 2006. Kealey is a noted historian and a fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and the Royal Historical Society. He is also a member of the governing council of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council. The Univ of New Brunswick had $35.4 million in sponsored research income in FY04, up 34% from the previous year. Its research intensity (dollar per full-time faculty) also improved 32.5% during the same period, reaching $67 in FY04....
