Dr Eric Manning

Dr Eric Manning and Dr Ali Shoja have joined with research team at Vancouver's New Media Innovation Centre (NewMIC). The two Univ of Victoria scientists are professors in the department of computer science and will be working at NewMIC one day a week on reconstructing the Internet to deliver high-speed, high-quality new media applications. The primary sponsor of their research will be Nortel Networks Corp, which is a sustaining member of the Centre's high performance network cluster.
