Chris Cope, former executive director and now president of the National Capital Freenet has been appointed director of SmartCapital special projects at the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI). He will chair the steering committee of the Ottawa Community Access Program Consortium which is due to launch this spring.
