The Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATA) says industry can't wait for the recently appointed federal R&D Review Panel to report before addressing problems with the administration of the Scientific Research &Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credit program. CATA. CATA is calling on the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), and the ministers of National Revenue and Finance to produce a solution that brings the program's management "back into synch with its historical roots".
