The Toronto-based Centre for Addiction and Mental Health has received a $5-million gift from Raymond Chang, chair of CI Financial and chancellor of Ryerson Univ. The money will be used to further research and education into the treatment of mental health and addictions. The funding will support a $38-million project enabling CAMH to focus on brain imaging and genetics for schizophrenia, mood disorders, addictions, neuroimaging, neuroscience and pharmacognetics.
