Stuart Wilson has been named deputy director of DFAIT’s S&T Policy and Intelligence, replacing Thierry Weissenburger (R$, August 8/03). Wilson first joined the department in 1998 as an S&T advisor before becoming S&T counsellor at the Canadian embassy in Tokyo.
