Samuel Duboc

Samuel Duboc has been appointed as a special advisor to the Finance department as it undertakes consultations on how to best allocate $400 million to help revive Canada's beleaguered venture capital industry (see brief on this page). Duboc is a partner in EdgeStone Capital Partners, a Toronto-based private equity firm. and was previously managing director with CIBC Capital Partners. He holds a BSc in chemical engineering from Tufts Univ and an MBA from Harvard Business School….
