Michéle Fortin has been appointed associate DM of Quebec’s Ministry of Finance, Economy and Research (MFER) with responsibility for the research, science and technology portion of the new super ministry. Fortin was previously VP of French CBC television and has had a long career in the public service and academia. Her new position is one of three ADMs under DM Gilles Godbout. MFER also has 14 assistant DMs....
