Innovate Manitoba receives follow-on provincial funding

The Government of Manitoba is providing $900,000 over three years to extend its support for Innovate Manitoba, the province's entrepreneurship centre. Established in 2012, Innovate Manitoba runs several programs to assist start-ups and mid-stage companies in securing business expertise to advance technological development and risk capital. The not-for-profit organization has already scored several early successes with one firm — HD-Petroleum — raising $15 million in risk capital....
