DRDC invests in IDELIX visualization technology

IDELIX Software Inc has received $470,00 in assistance from Defence R&D Canada (DRDC) through its Defence Industrial Research program. Vancouver-based IDELIX will use the funding to conduct R&D to refine the user interface of its pliable display technology (PDT), producing advances in information visualization software. IDELIX has considerable expertise in the areas of high performance computer graphics combined with human factors engineering. The company will collaborate with DRDC laboratories in Valcartier, Toronto and Ottawa to conduct R&D and move through proof-of concept to a new generation of products incorporating its “Smart Lens” technology….
