Dr Tim McTiernan

Dr Tim McTiernan has been appointed assistant DM of Ontario’s Ministry of Energy, Science and Technology (MEST). McTiernan is president of Canadore College of Applied Arts and Technology in North Bay and previously held several senior positions with the Yukon Government. He holds a BA in philosophy and psychology from Trinity College in Dublin Ireland, and a MA and PhD in psychology from the Univ of British Columbia. McTiernan replaces Dr Chris Riddle who left in September to become executive director of the Institute for Competitiveness and Prosperity (R$, September 5/01)....
