Dr James Orbinski

Dr James Orbinski has been appointed director of the Africa Initiative at the Centre for International Governance Innovation in Waterloo ON. The Africa Initiative seeks to deepen Africa's capacity and knowledge in areas such as conflict resolution, energy, food, security, health, migration and global warming. He holds an undergraduate degree from Trent Univ, an MD degree from McMaster Univ and an MA in international relations from the Univ of Toronto. The appointment is effective in September....
