Dr Graham Carr has been appointed VP research and graduate studies at Concordia Univ, a position he has held on an interim basis since January. Carr will be responsible for maximizing research funding opportunities, strategic research goals development, and facilitating research and research creation as well as technology transfer and knowledge mobilization.
