Don Black has been appointed DM of Ontario’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT), effective February 9. He moves to his new position from Cabinet Office where he was assistant DM policy. Black has also held senior management positions in the ministries of Finance and Treasury and Economics. He holds a BA in economics from Brock Univ and an MA in economics from McMaster Univ….
