CSA and NASA sign telescope pact

The Canadian Space Agency and NASA have signed an agreement defining the terms of cooperation for the James Webb Telescope. NASA is responsible for management and operation of the mission to build the spacecraft, telescope and platform hosting the instruments. The CSA will provide a fine guidance sensor instrument — to be built by COM DEV Internatio
