The Communications Research Centre will chair the Canadian Network for Wireless Centres (CWNet), aimed at assisting smaller firms moving wireless communications technology into the marketplace. The network also includes: Network for Emerging Wireless Technologies, International Institute of Telecommunications, Telecom Applications Research Alliance, Canadian Centre for Marine Communications and Wireless Innovation Network of BC. Initial initiatives include joint projects, personnel exchange and facility/equipment sharing....
