Cloakware receives $10 million in VC financing

Ottawa’s Cloakware Corp has received US $10 million in Series B financing led by Globespan Capital Partners, Palo Alto CA. The developer of security software to protect applications and systems from piracy and unauthorized access will use the funding for R&D, international expansion and marketing.
