Chris Arsenault

Chris Arsenault has become the newest partner of MSBI Capital, a seed and early-stage venture capital firm. Arsenault will have special responsibility for the technology sector. He was previously a partner and entrepreneur-in-residence with Telesystem Group where he was involved in the creation of subsidiaries for Teleglobe Inc and Microcell Telecommunications Inc.
